Who we are
First Strike Laser Tag (ABN 93 681 933 157) runs outdoor and mobile laser tag in and around Canberra. This page explains what personal information we collect, why, and who we share it with. Questions or requests go to admin@firststrikelasertag.com.au.
What we collect from customers
When you book, enquire or sign up for updates we collect the details you give us: name, email, phone number, booking details, and anything you write in an enquiry or note. For bookings we may also store the occasion, group size and similar planning details so we can run your session well.
Payments are handled by a trusted third-party payment processor. We do not see or store your card details. The processor takes the payment and passes us back a confirmation only.
What we collect from staff
We hold the information needed to roster and pay our team: name, contact details, login details, shift assignments and the hours worked. Hours are shared with our payroll provider so pay, tax and superannuation can be processed. Staff information is only visible to owners and the staff member it belongs to.
How we use it
Customer information is used to take and confirm bookings, answer enquiries, run your session, and, where you have a booking history with us, to let you know about events and offers. Staff information is used to roster shifts and process pay. We do not sell anyone's personal information.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted, industry-standard providers to run the business: payment processing, email delivery, website and data hosting, and staff payroll. Each only receives the information it needs to do its job. We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Marketing and opt-out
If we email you about events or offers, every message includes a way to unsubscribe, and we act on it. You can also ask us to stop at any time by emailing admin@firststrikelasertag.com.au.
Cookies
The public website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The only cookies we set are the essential ones that keep staff and owners logged in to the admin area.
Your information, your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email admin@firststrikelasertag.com.au and we will sort it out. We keep information only as long as we need it to run the business and meet our legal and tax obligations.
